<p>Um allen Besuchern den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie m&ouml;glich zu gestalten, bitten wir um Beachtung folgender Regelungen des Uganda Cultural and Tourism Festival 2026: Jugendschutz &amp; Abendkonzerte Aus Sicherheitsgr&uuml;nden k&ouml;nnen Kinder erst ab 12 Jahren in Begleitung eines Erziehungsberechtigten und mit Eintrittskarte die Abendkonzerte besuchen. Durch das kostenlose Kinder- und Rahmenprogramm tags&uuml;ber bieten wir tolle M&ouml;glichkeiten. Eltern haben ihre Kinder selbstverantwortlich zu beaufsichtigen. Getr&auml;nke &amp; Eigenverpflegung Um das kostenlose Rahmenprogramm zu finanzieren und die g&uuml;nstigen Eintrittspreise weiter halten zu k&ouml;nnen, sind wir auf den Getr&auml;nkeumsatz angewiesen. Deshalb ist es nicht erlaubt, Getr&auml;nke auf den Ehrenhof mitzubringen &ndash; ausgenommen sind Trinkflaschen f&uuml;r Kleinkinder. Werbeverbot &amp; Sauberkeit Werbung jeder Art, besonders mit Flugbl&auml;ttern und Plakaten, ist auf dem Veranstaltungsgel&auml;nde verboten, damit das Areal sauber aussieht und wir M&uuml;llentsorgungskosten in Grenzen halten k&ouml;nnen. Bitte nutzen Sie die aufgestellten M&uuml;llbeh&auml;lter. Einlasskontrollen &amp; Sicherheit Seien Sie fair gegen&uuml;ber unserer Security. Wir haben internationale Stars (Sheebah, Kitaka) eingeladen, die einen hohen Sicherheitsstandard verlangen. Wir sind verpflichtet, Taschen nach Waffen zu durchsuchen. Je weniger Sie mitbringen, desto schneller erfolgt der Einlass. Film-, Foto- und Tonbandaufnahmen sind nicht erlaubt.</p>

Festival Venue Avalon Riem Dornach bei München, Germany By Public Transport (Munich) Option 1: Using the U-Bahn and Bus Take the U2 line towards Messestadt Transfer to one of the following bus connections: Bus 190 towards Ostbahnhof Bus 263 towards Feldkirchen Bus 264 towards Riem Exit at Riem Walk approximately 3 minutes to Avalon Riem Option 2: Using the S-Bahn Take the S2 line towards Erding Exit at Riem Station Walk approximately 3 minutes to Avalon Riem Additional Information Public transport is strongly recommended due to limited parking availability. Please allow extra travel time during peak hours and festival opening periods. Follow festival signage and event staff directions upon arrival. Frequently Asked Questions

Festival attendance is free for visitors and participants. However, exhibitors and vendors may be required to pay a commitment or exhibition fee. Entry passes and accreditation materials will be issued on the day of the event.
The festival celebrates Uganda’s rich cultural heritage and investment opportunities through traditional music, cultural performances, authentic Ugandan cuisine, traditional dances, exhibitions, handicrafts, tourism showcases, business networking, and cultural exchange activities.
Visitors are welcome throughout the festival; however, evening sessions are particularly recommended for guests interested in experiencing cultural performances, traditional dances, live music, and entertainment activities
Photography is generally permitted during public activities. Official accredited photographers will be present throughout the event, and event photography may be used for promotional purposes. Security personnel and event staff will be available to assist in ensuring guest privacy and respectful photography practices.
Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably while maintaining modesty and respect for the multicultural nature of the event. Both formal and smart casual attire are appropriate.
Guests are encouraged to come ready for a full cultural experience. Traditional African cuisine will be available for purchase, while complimentary Bavarian food and selected refreshments will be provided by the Embassy of Uganda.
